Polyurethane liquid membrane waterproofing

One component polymer waterproof polyurethane coating is a kind of polymer construction materials consisting of isocyanate, polyether polyol and various additives. Its polyurthane can have a certain chemical reaction with moisture in the air, which can produce a firm, seamless waterproof film compared with other waterproof coating sold in the market.

Application method

1. The substrate must be cleaned, no cracks and no visible water.

2. Brush the coatings on the substrate evenly with rubber scraper.

3. The drying time of the coating is 12-24 hours. Brush the substrate twice or three times. The second brush should be vertical with the first time, and sand is better to spray on the coating before its drying.

4. If the substrate is something rusty such as metal sheet, the rust should be removed and brush the anti-rust painting before brushing the coatings.
